This class teaches leaders how to communicate with purpose, clarity, and impact rather than simply exchaning information.  Participants learn the difference between communicating and communicating effectively by examining the factors that influence how messages are received.  The session also addresses common communication barriers and filters, providing strategies to overcome them and strengthen professional communication.
