Course Description

The Leadership Overview course introduces participants to the essential roles and responsibilities of effective leadership while distinguishing leadership from management.  The class explores multiple leadership styles, with a particular focus on Servant Leadership and Situational Leadership.  Attendees learn how each theory works, when to apply them, and how combining their principles can improve decision-making and team development in real workplace situations.
