Course Description

The need to resolve interpersonal conflict is present today more than ever before. Competitive pressures have continually been a source of conflict and changes in our environment provide additional opportunities for conflict. As technology improves and the workplace becomes more automated, the need for positive interactions between individuals and groups becomes more crucial in order to maintain effective performance and productivity. In addition, we are all being exposed to more and more diverse cultures and values, creating a need for individuals to possess the ability to accept and perform in an ever-changing environment.
